A start-up company specialised in the blockchain industry and growing fast is currently looking for his new Technical Support Engineer L2 L3 / Linux Admin System to join the company (20 people). This company is active on the blockchain industry and developed a powerful and qualitative open-source product for his clients all over the world.

Your profile: you love open-source technologies / LINUX system administration, you have some experience with virtual machines, Docker / Kubernetes, IT Security and PHP and you are able to manage complex and challenging technical issues. As an IT Support Engineer, you will join a support team of 2 people with whom you will work on the support of clients based all over the world. The product is self-hosted and you will mainly be involved in the onboarding of clients (access tracking, access management, bug fixing, firewall monitoring... Experience doesn't matter but your expertise and analytics sense does. The company is located in Luxembourg close to the French border and you will have the possibility to work from home with flexible working hours!

L2 L3 SUPPORT ENGINEER (LINUX / LAMP) EN/FR / Missions:

• Provide technical support to customers and debug (mainly level 2 and 3)
• Analyse and understand clients needs and challenge technical choices
• Participate in product discussions / optimization / improvements
• Write technical documentation

L2 L3 SUPPORT ENGINEER (LINUX / LAMP) EN/FR / Profile:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge in LINUX system administration / LAMP
• Some knowledge in PHP programming, Git, Gitlab and CI / CD / Docker, Kubernetes
• Fluent in English and French is very welcome as a second language
