Description

Role and Mission:

As a Project Manager with AMOA expertise, you will:

• Join the AMOA team.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders and facilitate functional workshops.
• Propose tailored solutions to meet the project's needs.
• Liaise with Java development teams, coordinate tasks, and manage project development.
• Interface with existing systems when necessary.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Implement project organization according to client standards.

• Plan project schedules and phases.

• Manage subcontractors, create and track tickets, monitor budgets and SLAs.

• Ensure the quality of all documents/support (specifications, functional analysis, technical analysis, meeting minutes, test reports).

• Organize and lead meetings/workshops/committees.

• Track actions.

• Provide project reporting.

• Assistance à Maitrise d'Ouvrage (AMOA): Bring technical and functional expertise.

• Work closely with business teams and various DSI (ERP/INFRA) departments.

• Understand the current architecture and constraints (structural, timing, challenges).

• Identify user requirements.

• Propose functional and technical architecture in collaboration with DSI and business units.

• Draft specifications.

• Prepare, organize, and conduct testing and production launches.

• Write user guides and procedures for internal teams.

• Provide daily support and training to users.

• Production monitoring (corrections/evolutions) for projects in RUN mode:

• Monitor KPIs and service providers according to contracts (SLAs, KPIs).

• Support users: manage the support process and provide support for projects.

• Support change/evolution: systematically organize to meet needs and respond while avoiding service interruptions.

• Problem management: identify and resolve failures with the necessary experts (infrastructure, providers...) with minimal service interruption.

• Risk management: understand and apply principles and seek solutions to mitigate identified risks.

 

Profiles

 

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (BAC+4) in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Technical Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Familiarity with project management methods like PRINCE2 and ITIL.
  • Strong writing and teamwork skills in compliance with guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Java; technical background to understand product and estimate development times with the Tech team.
  • Strong client relationship and service-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in French and English.
