What is the opportunity?
The Solution Design and Onboarding (SDO) team are key client facing contacts supporting clients from onboarding (first change), through to business growth, product extension and client off-boarding. Helping drive overall client satisfaction, interoperability and growth in profitability.The objective of this role is to translate requirements into executable solutions, working with partners in Product, Operations, Technology and directly with clients. The role has an understanding of I&TS products and services, design and development principles, traditional and agile delivery, and both Product and Client level financial dynamics, ensuring solutions are designed to add commercial value.
What will you do?
- Own, manage and execute a fast growing and complex portfolio of PCS projects,
- Manage as required onboarding/implementation for new operating models/products, ongoing development and process improvement to meet client’s expectations (Strategic Clients in alignment with client profitability)
- Defining and agreeing on detailed target operating model
- Performing gap analysis / draft IRF and determining delivery timeline
- Organizing and overseeing functional tests
- Define, execute & handover Project Documents & Artefacts
- Ensure proper operational readiness before any new implementation
- Analyzing and writing Business Impact Scenarios, Client Business Requirements, Use/Test Case creation
- Support automation projects for the onboarding activities
- Support internal strategic/regulatory projects with liaising with stakeholders and rolling out efficient solutions, when required,
- Support T&O & Product teams
- Support Lab initiatives specific to assigned Region/Product
- Support PCS Client Operations
- Support Change & Onboarding colleagues
- Set the best delivery, documentation (internal and external), and execution standards that are of the highest professional and competitive standards
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Highly organised, self-motivated and entrepreneurial leader with willingness to take initiative and drive to deliver outstanding client service in a timely manner
- BEc, BA or BSc in business, or other relevant degree / 5+ years’ experience in industry
- Experience managing a range of PCS projects/deliverables, PM/BA experience and/or qualifications
- Transversal business knowledge with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent, high-pressure, corporate environment / Strong know how in technology and systems / Highly proficient in MS Office and business software
- Strong understanding of Compliance, Risk and Legal throughout Project/BAU execution
- Ability to absorb and analyse complex information and data, understand relevance, synthesize and summarise / Outstanding technical writing and verbal communications expertise

- Professional PM/Scrum/ BA/Agile qualifications from a recognised industry body
- Bilingual
