Job Description




  • Contribute to a reduction of production incidents and financial losses within Net Asset Value Calculation processes through continuous improvement linked to action plans and projects;
  • Coordinate the NAV Error Survey process.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Generate an incident report for any NAV error;
  • Coordinate stakeholders review on related incident report;
  • Challenge outcome produced by these stakeholders;
  • Lead the Review Committee involving all the stakeholders of the related NAV error;
  • Generate the remedial action plan;
  • Do the follow-up of the remedial action plan execution;
  • Contribute as analysis expert on all project which might impact current processes.

Profile required

  • BAC + 3/4;
  • Overall culture on NAV calculation processes and interconnexion with various stakeholders including Custody and Transfer Agent;
  • IT culture is a plus;
  • Project management skills;
  • Leadership and Team management skills;
  • Strong French and English knowledge;
  • Immediate availability for a mission ending on the 15th of December 2021;
  • Position not subject to MIF II.
