About Our Digital Transformation

We are building a connected, intelligent, and scalable ecosystem using the full breadth of Microsofts technology stack: Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and the Modern Workplace suite. Our approach is deeply rooted in leveraging AInot just for automation, but to help us shift from reactive operations to a prescriptive way of working. We want data to tell us what needs to be done before problems arise. This means embedding live monitoring, IoT integration, and near real-time insights directly into how we operate. The Digital Factory plays a central role in making this realbalancing agile delivery with scalable architecture, and blending quick wins with long-term change across our group.

As part of this transformation, we are building a new in-house product engineering team called The Foundry Where digital products are forged serving as the hands-on development engine within the Digital Factory.

About Your Role

As a Full-Stack Developer, youll help design and deliver the digital products that support both our internal transformation and customer-facing platformssuch as Fleetlab, LetzRide, Loop, and D2D. Your work will span backend services, web interfaces, and mobile app enhancements, contributing to tools that are practical, scalable, and intuitive. Youll collaborate with tech leads and external development teams, and may also contribute to low-code solutions within Power Platform when relevant. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems across a variety of technical contexts.

Success in This Role

Within your first year, you will have contributed to the development of multiple digital features or tools, earned trust from both peers and tech leads, and demonstrated consistent delivery across at least two digital productsspanning both commercial and internal use cases. Youll be known for getting things done well and making those around you better.
